After a very success trial period, our men’s strong membership starts here. We are offering a free trial session, with two out of expert coaches. We are using this session as a thanks for joining! And to give you all extra 1-2-1 support. After Christmas we will be running continuous sessions every Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm. More details on the way…

Cancellation Policy
Massage Therapy Act & Regulated Health Professionals Act: I acknowledge that the massage therapy services provided at LUP Bristol are offered in compliance with the Massage Therapy Act and the Regulated Health Professionals Act. All massage therapists at LUP Bristol are properly trained and certified as required by applicable laws and regulations. Contraindications and Risks: I understand that there are certain health conditions that may contraindicate specific types of massage. I will notify my therapist if I experience any pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms during or after the massage. I am aware that massage therapy may cause temporary soreness, discomfort, or stiffness during or after the treatment, and I accept that this is a possible outcome. Payment and Cancellation Policies: Payment: Payment for the massage treatment is due in full at the time of booking or before the session begins. I agree to the rates as outlined by LUP Bristol for the massage services provided. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being charged in full. Lateness Policy: If I arrive late for my appointment, I understand that the full scheduled time will not be extended, and I will be charged for the full session. The therapist will end the session at the scheduled time.
