1 to 1 Personal training is your individual time and coaching with our LUP certified coach. You and your coach identify your goals and create a clear strategy to achieve them, through face to face training sessions, lifestyle coaching, online support and regular check-ins to keep you motivated and inspired.
Our Process
We create a completely personalised fitness and wellness plan centred around your habits, routine and lifestyle specifically designed to gain purpose and longevity to your health. Within your plan and lifestyle coaching your coach will continually further your holistic health through four bodies of being approach.
