Anz began yoga at 14 and has immersed herself in learning about the human body since 2017 as a Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. She has undertaken training in various Yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Tantra, with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa and Yogasara in Bristol.
In 2018, she studied Traditional Thai Yoga Massage at Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai. More recently, she trained in Integrative Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy and has been pursuing a Level 3 Full Body Massage Diploma at Manchester Therapy Centre.
Anz offers Private Yoga Classes, Massage and Workshops that often utilize sound to harmonize brain wave activity, guiding individuals toward a state of deep relaxation and healing. Having delivered Yoga and Massage in eight different countries, Anz continually deepens her understanding of how the mind and body can find equilibrium through intuitive touch, movement, breath, and sound. Her sessions adopt a holistic approach, aiming to restore balance to the body’s entire ecosystem, with each session uniquely tailored to the individual's needs.
