Winter STRONG is a strength and resistance session designed make you can powerful as possible for the cold months ahead. Winter is the season of stillness and hibernation. We follow a 12 week structure which includes: Week 1 - One rep max testing Week 2 - 10 - strength training Week 12 - Re-test You’ll be developing your squats, bench press, rows, deadlifts, shoulder push and pull movements. As well as working on lower and upper body balanced based exercise.
To cancel any sessions you must let us know at least 24 hours beforehand.
