Welcome to your Strong & Lean: Home Workout. This programme is tailored for beginner to intermediate level, however, all exercises, reps and sets can we adapted to meet your training demands. The purpose of this programme is to build your strength, whilst increasing your muscular definition (e.g. getting toned). All exercises provided require no equipment!
