Service Description
Let Mondays be a time to take a breath, connect with yourself and others, in the beautiful city farm surroundings. Katy leads a mindfulness-based yoga class incorporating breathing, meditation and movement, in a way that allows for all levels of experience and all bodies. She hopes to help you bring a bit of calm and connection into your everyday life.
