Take your fitness to the next level with the high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes at LUP Bristol. Our fast-paced workouts are designed to target the core and build strength, giving you a full body workout in a short amount of time. With classes available throughout the week, all fitness levels are welcome to join in on the challenge.
