Winter FIT aims to bring about building your endurance and conditioning for the lean months ahead. The nature of this workout is a high intensity cardiovascular fitness session. In regularly performing FIT you should see weigh release changes. We utilise unilateral and coordinate based movements such as: - Wall Sits - Planks - Squats to cross jabs and so on
To cancel any sessions you must let us know at least 24 hours beforehand.
